The purpose of these general terms and conditions of sale is, on the one hand, to inform any potential consumer (the “Buyer”) of the terms and conditions under which JEEWIN (“the Seller”) sells and delivers the products ordered, and, on the other hand, to define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the sale of products by the Seller to the consumer. They apply, without restriction or reservation, to all sales by the Seller of the products offered on its website www.jeewin.com. Consequently, the fact that any person orders a product offered for sale on the JEEWIN company’s website implies full and complete acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale, which the Buyer acknowledges having read prior to placing their order.
The products are offered for sale worldwide.
Prior to placing their order, the Buyer declares that:
1) the purchase of products on the website www.jeewin.com is not directly related to their professional activity and is strictly for personal use;
2) they have full legal capacity to commit to these general terms and conditions of sale.
JEEWIN reserves the right to modify these general terms and conditions of sale at any time.
The Buyer is personally responsible for setting up the IT and telecommunications equipment required to access the website www.jeewin.com.
The Buyer shall bear the cost of telecommunications charges incurred when accessing the Internet and using the website.
3.1. Prices
The sale prices of products online on the JEEWIN website are those in force at the time the order form is registered by the Buyer.
They do not include delivery costs, which are invoiced in addition to the price of the products purchased according to the weight of the order. Delivery costs will be indicated before the order is registered by the Buyer.
Prices include 20% value added tax (VAT) for mainland France.
The sale prices of products may be modified by JEEWIN at any time. The Buyer will be notified of any such modification before placing an order.
Payment for the order is made only at the time the order is placed.
3.2. Product characteristics
Availability: In accordance with Article L 111-1 of the Consumer Code, the Buyer may, prior to placing an order, consult the JEEWIN website to find out the essential characteristics of the product(s) they wish to order.
The Buyer selects one or more products from the various categories offered on the JEEWIN website.
The offers presented by the Seller are valid while stocks last. For products not stored in its warehouses, the offers presented by the Seller are valid subject to availability from its suppliers. If the product ordered is unavailable, the Seller will inform the Buyer as soon as possible.
Unless a longer delivery time is specified by the Seller, the products ordered will be delivered within a maximum of 15 days from the day after the Buyer places their order, subject to full payment of the price. In accordance with the provisions of Article L121.20.3 of the Consumer Code, the Seller may, in the event of unavailability, supply a product of equivalent quality and price. If the Seller does not exercise this option, the Buyer may be reimbursed without delay and at the latest within thirty days of payment of the sums he has paid. This refund shall be made at the Buyer’s discretion either by cheque, PayPal or by issuing a credit note.
3.3. Ordering
All orders imply unconditional acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale. The Buyer selects the products and services they wish to purchase by clicking on the ‘Add to basket’ icon. A screen summarises the items in the Buyer’s basket and their prices. The Buyer then clicks on the ‘Confirm my order’ icon and must provide their contact details, the delivery method and the chosen payment method. The Buyer checks the terms and conditions of their order. If an error has been made in entering the data, the Buyer may either cancel their order by returning to the previous pages or by closing the current session on the website, or modify the content of their order by re-entering the data. Once the Buyer has placed their order by clicking on the ‘I confirm my order’ icon, they are deemed to have accepted, in full knowledge of the facts and without reservation, these general terms and conditions of sale, the prices, volumes and quantities of the products offered for sale and ordered.
The Buyer may place an order online at www.jeewin.com. The Buyer’s order must be confirmed by the Seller by email. The sale shall only be considered final after the Seller has sent the Buyer confirmation of the order and has received payment in full. The Seller recommends that the Buyer keep this information on paper or in electronic form.
Payment of the full price must be made by the Buyer when placing the order. At no time may the sums paid be considered as deposits or advance payments. The Seller will collect the full amount of the order when the order is confirmed, or in the case of payment by cheque, upon receipt and clearance of the cheque.
To pay for their order, the Buyer may use any of the payment methods listed on the order form: credit card (Carte Bleue, Mastercard, Visa), PayPal or bank cheque.
The Buyer guarantees to the Seller that they have the necessary authorisation to use the payment method they have chosen when placing the order.
The Seller reserves the right to suspend or cancel any order and/or delivery, regardless of their nature and level of execution, in the event of non-payment of any sum owed by the Buyer 30 days after placing the order on www.jeewin.com, or in the event of a payment incident. Penalties equal to the legal interest rate plus five points shall automatically apply to unpaid amounts upon notification of rejection of bank payment. Delivery of any new order may be suspended in the event of late payment for a previous order, notwithstanding the provisions herein. The Seller reserves the right to request a copy of the Buyer’s identity document and proof of address for any payment by credit card or bank cheque.
The Seller retains full and complete ownership of the products sold until full payment of the price, including fees and taxes. During the period from delivery to transfer of ownership, the risks of loss, theft or destruction are the responsibility of the Seller. The non-performance by the Buyer of its payment obligations confers on the Seller the right to demand the immediate return of the delivered goods at the expense and risk of the Buyer.
The Seller cannot be held responsible for the non-performance of the contract in case of stock shortage or unavailability of the product, force majeure, disruption or total or partial strike including postal services and means of transport and/or communications.
The Seller cannot be held responsible for any indirect damages that may arise from the purchase of products.
The website www.jeewin.com also contains information from third parties and links to other websites. The Seller shall in no event be liable for any damages resulting from the use of, access to or inability to use such third party information or the content of other websites.
If one or more provisions of these general terms and conditions of sale are held to be invalid or declared as such pursuant to a law, regulation or following a final decision by a competent court, the other stipulations will keep all their strength and scope.
The fact that one of the parties does not claim a breach with the other party to any of the obligations referred to in these general terms and conditions of sale cannot be interpreted for the future as a waiver of the obligation in question.
The sales of JEEWIN products are subject to French law.
The information collected by the Seller during any order from the Buyer is necessary for the management of their order by JEEWIN and its business partners. In accordance with the Data Protection and Freedoms Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, the Buyer has a right to access, rectify, oppose and delete data concerning him from the Seller.

1. The transport of parcels
The packages are prepared and shipped between 24 and 48 hours after receipt of your payment. Then is added the delivery time by the chosen carrier (independent of JEEWIN and not guaranteed by our services).
The shipping method in Metropolitan France, Monaco, Andorra and Overseas is via Colissimo La Poste without signature, followed letter or Chronopost. The shipping method in the rest of the world is by parcel La Poste or Chronopost. All shipments have a tracking number.
Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postal charges. They can contain a fixed part and a variable part depending on the price or weight of your order. We advise you to group your purchases into a single order. We cannot group two separate orders and you will have to pay the shipping costs for each of them.
Any possible delay in shipping and delivery cannot give rise to damages. The Buyer will have the possibility to cancel his order if the delivery time exceeds 30 days after receipt of the payment of the order and this without charge by the Buyer. The refund will be made according to the conditions set out in article 6 below.
2. Delivery terms
The products will be delivered to the address indicated by the Buyer on the order form. No claim from the Buyer will be accepted in the case of an incorrect or incomplete address.
The products ordered are delivered by the postal channel or by an independent carrier, depending on the nature of the products ordered, at the exclusive initiative of the Seller.
The Buyer is however informed that the Seller may occasionally substitute another mode of transport than the one chosen by the Buyer without additional cost.
In case of partial availability of the items, the Seller may have to split the orders. Thus the available items can be sent initially, the balance of the order will be sent at JEEWIN’s expense when all the other items are available.
3. Deadlines
The deadlines announced by the Seller correspond to the shipping times. These deadlines are average deadlines communicated to the Buyer for information purposes; they are calculated in working days.
Shipping times represent the time required for processing, preparing, and shipping the order, that is to say the release from the warehouse. These deadlines run from the validation of the order by the Seller.
In the case of an order composed of several products, the shipping time of the order will be that of the product with the longest shipping time.
In general, shipments are delivered by La Poste within 1 to 2 business days in Metropolitan France and within 5 to 7 business days for the rest of the world.
4. Quality or compliance issues
In case of delivery of a product not matching the order (defective or non-compliant), the Buyer must make his claim within 72 working hours from receipt of the package (according to indications given by the carrier in question).
Complaints must be sent by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the following address by email with acknowledgment of receipt to contact@jeewin.fr, and must include: the contact details of the Buyer, the order number, product references and the reason for the complaint.
The return of products must be made within 7 working days from the assignment of a return number by the Seller’s customer service.
Any product to be exchanged or refunded must be returned to the Seller in its original condition and packaging and include all of the product and its accessories.
The return costs are borne by the Seller, except in the case where the product returned or exchanged does not correspond to the original declaration made by the Buyer in the return note. The coverage of these return costs will be capped at the rate corresponding to the shipment in Colissimo. It will be made in the form of a voucher to use on the JEEWIN site within 3 months after its attribution.
Any risk related to the return of the product is the responsibility of the Buyer.
5. Right of Withdrawal – satisfied or refunded
In accordance with Article L 121-16 of the Consumer Code, the Buyer has a period of 14 clear days from the date of receipt to return the ordered products at his expense for refund.
The products must be returned to the Seller in a new condition suitable for resale, in their original state (packaging, accessories, instructions…), duly sealed, and accompanied by the invoice corresponding to the purchase.
In particular, products such as JEEWIN cosmetics must not have been unsealed (or removed tube seals), so that the Buyer can benefit from the right of withdrawal.
Any product that is incomplete, damaged or whose original packaging has been damaged will not be refunded or exchanged.
The exercise of the right of withdrawal will give rise to the choice of the Buyer:
– By check. This refund will take place no later than 30 days following the date on which the right of withdrawal was exercised, subject to receipt by the Seller of the returned product;
– either to the allocation of a credit note, under the conditions set out in point 6 below.
6. General conditions of reimbursement
Any refund at the expense of the Seller will be made in the form of a credit note valid for any subsequent purchase on the website www.jeewin.com. In any case, the Seller will communicate during the assignment of this credit note by electronic message:
– its validity period,
– the possibility or not that the buyer will have to request a refund,
– its amount.
If the credit note does not mention otherwise, during its validity period, the Buyer may request a cash refund of his credit note by simple call to customer service or by email. This refund will be made by bank check or Paypal according to the choice of the Seller.
In case of partial use of this credit note, the remainder will remain available to the Buyer under the same conditions as the original credit note. The credit note will be considered used in case of a refund request.
By the very fact of using this credit note, the Buyer undertakes on his honor not to raise a dispute or object with his bank or others, to the transaction concerned by the refund. The Buyer acknowledges having knowledge that any breach of this obligation would expose him to retrocession of the unduly received sum, without prejudice to damages which could be claimed by the Seller.
