Relaxing massage is a treatment that helps you unwind. Its benefits are both physical and psychological. Sport massage

This massage, originally intended for athletes, has many benefits. It prepares the body for exercise and promotes physical recovery after a workout. The massage movements facilitate blood and lymphatic fluid circulation, which helps eliminate toxins and speeds up recovery. There are three main types of sports massage:

Stimulating massage for preparation and warm-up focuses on the muscles that will be used most during exercise. The movements are quick and short. It prevents cramps and reduces the risk of injury (tears, etc.).

Recovery massage after exercise aims to relax and restore the body and muscles to good condition, and limit the onset of soreness.

Finally, rehabilitation massage is performed in the case of sports injuries to relieve pain and help the body and muscles regain their athletic capacity. It is often performed by professionals (physiotherapists, osteopaths, chiropractors, etc.).

They are ‘dry oils’ with a light, non-sticky texture, allowing you to get dressed immediately after the massage without waiting for the product to be absorbed by the skin for fear of staining your clothes.

Several of our JEEWIN oils also contain numerous essential oils with multiple benefits. They are rigorously selected according to the desired effect. It should be noted, however, that essential oils are natural and very powerful, even dangerous. They should therefore not be used indiscriminately (avoid applying them before going out in the sun) or on just anyone (do not use on pregnant women, children or people with allergies).
